F.A.Q.'s for Dentists
Can you help for short and long term?
Yes, we can accommodate your needs. We will either
attempt to keep the same person in your office or
make changes as you request.
When can I call?
A&A is answers the phone from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00
p.m., Eastern standard or daylight time.
Do you have someone available?
A&A usually does have someone available. As a
general rule, the earlier that you call, the better
chance you will have to get someone or to get your
choice. Also, certain times of the year are busier
than others, just as in your dental practice.
How much does it cost?
A&A publishes a standard fee schedule for the front
office, assistant, hygiene, and dentist. A&A will
pay all taxes and benefits for your temp. You will
have no tax forms or payroll hassles whatsoever.
Is there a fee to sign your contract?
No, there is no fee or charge to sign our contract.
It sets the foundation for any future business.
What if I am satisfied? What if I am not
satisfied?
A&A has a staffing guarantee. If you request help
for future work and A&A accepts, we guarantee that
the dental staff will be friendly, competent and
professional with your staff and patients. If you
are not satisfied, let us know and we will make it
right.

Can you get me work?
Probably. For a temporary associate, the ones that
get the most work are good at what they do, good
with people, and flexible about work assignments.
For permanent positions, A&A places many associates.
We put people in dental offices all of the time.
Is there a fee to join?
No, there is no cost or fee of any kind to join.
How will I be compensated?
It depends upon several factors, including your work
experience and the number of satisfied customers.
Do I have to come in for an interview?
If so, where are you located? Yes, an interview is
required. For directions, refer to the "Map"
page.
What do dental practices generally look for or
desire?
Be good at what you do. Be good with people. Be
flexible, and do it the way that the dental practice
prefers or likes.
Do I have to work a certain number of days?
No, it is your choice. It can even vary from one
week to the next, depending on what else is
happening in your life.
How far will I have to travel?
It is up to you, but the most successful temps are
usually willing to travel 30 miles one way, at least
on an occasional basis.
How long can I be a Temp?
It is entirely up to you. Some of our temps have
been continuously employed for years and others are
just looking for temporary work.
